I COULDN'T RATE SAM HIGHLY ENOUGH FOR THE EFFORT SHE PUT IN TO FINDING OUR DREAM PROPERTY. WE DEALT WITH MANY AGENTS IN OUR 8 MONTH SEARCH FOR OUR PROPERTY BUT NONE CAME EVEN CLOSE TO SUPPLYING THE SERVICE IN WHICH SAM DID. SAM WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO ACCOMMODATE OUR NEEDS WHERE AS SOME AGENTS DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO GET BACK TO US. IF I WAS LOOKING FOR A PROPERTY SAM WOULD BE OUR FIRST PORT OF CALL.
