Samuel Hedges

Excellent Service in all areas of selling property

Sam was professional in all aspects of the sale of our property. Always provided feedback and advice throughout the process. The property sold within a week of hitting the market. I would have no problem recommending Sam.

Professional, exceptional and trusted is how I would describe our experience with Sam and Hedges Property Group. From the very beginning the communication was clear, consistent and reassuring. We were always kept informed and felt supported throughout the process, especially at a sensitive time for our family.

Sam’s market knowledge was outstanding, providing insights that helped us make confident, well informed decisions. Sam went above and beyond at every stage, with a high level of professionalism. Every detail was handled with care, integrity and commitment to achieving the best outcome ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better result and would highly recommend Sam and Hedges Property Group to anyone looking for a compassionate, reliable and high performing service.

Sam was a friendly, knowledgeable agent with excellent communication skills. He took us step by step through the whole process explaining things in simple terms as we went. He was able to handle some difficult negotiations and contract variations with ease. Sam not only sold our house but then was readily available to help us buy our new home with help on pricing information and contract conditions. He was always available to us. We would recommend Sam as an honest and hardworking agent with his clients best interests at heart. Barry and Di.

Sam and his team knew all the twists and turns in selling a home , and also buying. Very knowledgeable with movements in the Real Estate industry. Sam was only a phone call away with any questions I asked. Highly recommend Sam Hedges Real Estate. Julie Marko.

I have known Sam since the purchase of the property, and we worked together again on the sale a decade later. He is a nice guy and very well organised.
