I finally bought my house and this was possible just thanks to Demo. I tried to buy two houses before this one and deeply hated the experience. Previous agents acted like poorly trained second-hand car salesmen trying to sell at all costs, regardless of the lies involved. Being FIFO based overseas, my time is limited, and my experiences before Demo were incredibly frustrating. One agent pushed me to exceed my maximum offer by lying about a higher competing bid. I walked away, and they sold it for $60,000 less due to greed. Another agent allowed me less than 10 minutes to inspect a property after I had driven three hours to Perth.
