Friendly, hardworking and an excellent communicator

Sam was a friendly, knowledgeable agent with excellent communication skills. He took us step by step through the whole process explaining things in simple terms as we went. He was able to handle some difficult negotiations and contract variations with ease. Sam not only sold our house but then was readily available to help us buy our new home with help on pricing information and contract conditions. He was always available to us.
