As first time sellers of our family home spanning over three decades, we were very nervous with all aspects especially the many decisions having to be made along the way, this included our choice of selling agent. I'm not sure whether you are aware of this or not, but another unit in the same block (identical to mine) which is advertised for a lower price has still not been sold. One thing that I think made a big difference is that you decided to re-take some of the photos of the unit to get some better shots.
