Sam Hogan used his resources to track me down when he heard I was selling my property even though I gave him very little information. From day one he was clear in explaining the process and going through things again if I wasn't sure. He was enthusiastic and positive even when I thought all was gloom and when he got a bit of interest he used his negotiating skill to seal the deal even though the buyer was insistent that she wouldn't pay any more he kept negotiating until we reached my price.
