I am very impressed with the way Sam has dealt with my property, right from setting the expectations and until the property was sold. Sam has been very diligent and has always been very professional in his dealing with me. He kept on notifying me about the progress of the inspections and the gut feel of the price being sold for. His market knowledge is tremendous and has utilised this special skill to exactly predict the movement of the property price and made his recommendations accordingly. Even when it comes to setting up for sale, he has the right contacts to get the property prepared for appropriate presentation to prospect buyers.
