Samuel and his team absolutely deserve a rating beyond five stars! The timing of my decision to sell my Mosman property could hardly have been worse. Shortly after I informed my tenants that I intended to sell the property and asked them to vacate, the Federal Government proposed changes to GST and negative gearing legislation, which caused property prices to plunge. Although I had originally considered renting the property out again, I still needed to proceed with the sale in good faith due to legal requirements. At the first auction, the highest bid was well below my reserve price, and the property passed in. To be honest, I wasn’t particularly disappointed, as I understood the challenging market conditions.
