Samuel and his team absolutely deserve a rating beyond five stars! The timing of my decision to sell my Mosman property could hardly have been worse. Shortly after I informed my tenants that I intended to sell the property and asked them to vacate, the Federal Government proposed changes to GST and negative gearing legislation, which caused property prices to plunge. Although I had originally considered renting the property out again, I still needed to proceed with the sale in good faith due to legal requirements.
