Sam initially appeared to be a friendly and confident young man. However, there were were some communication difficulties due to his busy schedule. Despite this, his team provided strong support, and we were able to successfully complete the deal. Sam exhibits both exceptional confidence and a high level of hard work and patience. He diligently completed each task and concluded the deal with remarkable efficiency.

In mid-September, we asked Samuel to sell our apartment; by mid-December, the proceeds of the sale were in our bank account. We live interstate so weren't on-the-spot to help out.
