The sale went well until the tenant, who initially had acquired accommodation, had the carpet swept from under his feet when he the accommodation abruptly was denied him and he found it difficult to find alternative accommodation. Samuel and staff managed to placate the buyer such that settlement was delayed by almost three weeks before the tenants found alternative accommodation
