Samuel's a great communicator, very knowledgeable and easy going. He gives confidence to both the seller and buyer. He is very ethical and I would highly recommend his services.

Sam was very proactive and engaged with us the whole time to give us updates on the sale of our house. He was informative, helpful and made the process so much easier for us every step of the way. Would recommend Sam highly!

Samuel was easy to deal with and made himself available whenever we needed him. He listened to our requirements and helped us get the property that we wanted! I would highly recommend Samuel and would like to work with him again in the future!

Sam and the team at LJ Hooker were so easy to deal with, super knowledgeable and responsive. My home was sold in just two open homes. I can’t thanks the team enough.

Samuel got top dollar for my apartment achieving $150k more than another unit in the same complex sold only a week earlier! Very satisfied

Sam was excellent in all aspects. He provided regular updates and made the purchase of our property hassle free.

Samuel is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. He explained the selling process properly from the beginning and he kept me up to date regularly throughout the process. My experience throughout the selling process was very positive and i would highly recommend Sam to others.

I felt safe buying the Reid apartment with Sam. I was reassured by his detailed knowledge of the inner north property market and his frankness in setting my expectations with price ( I am from interstate and was hoping to pay a little less). I am thrilled with the purchase and can’t wait to move in. Thanks Sam!

Samuel ‘went the extra mile’ to produce a property for me at a fair price, always timely call backs and with patience and understanding.

The market was going through a correction but it did not stop Samuel from performing.

Excellent professionalism, knowledge and advice given by a very dedicated team. As well, not being a Canberra resident I was given very helpful advice and assistance in preparing our property for sale. We were very pleased with the price Samuel negotiated for our property. I highly recommend this agent in all areas of real estate.

We can't rate Samuel highly enough. We had to sell our property quickly after upsizing to fit our family, amid sky rocketing interest rates. He worked with us to assess the market, put together the right advertising campaign combined with the right price. After two open houses and just over a week on the market, we had the offer we were looking for at the price we'd advertised for. Thanks Samuel!
