We chose Samuel because we thought he would resonate with the younger / first home buyers we were seeking to target with our property, though we met him at an open home in another part of Canberra. Samuel worked with us for more than six months as we were clear that we wanted to find our new home before listing. During this time he provided us with guidance as to the state of the market and what our house was likely worth so we could factor that into our planning. When it finally came time to list, it was clear he had good connections to stylists and trades etc. who did a fantastic job and ultimately helped us to exceed our reserve.
