After utilising two other estate companies who did not provide the standard of service they were known for we decided to move on. We were wary of realestate people by this stage. Sandeep was recommended by a friend. Sandeep provided excellent service from the beginning of the process and continued well after closing. We highly recommend Sandeep without reservation. He provided outstanding service. Our experience began with Sandeep sitting down with us and talking through the home selling process and the current realities of the Housing market. Based on our input the our sale price we wanted, Sandeep honest and upfront with us on what the market price was and adjusted our expectations giving us a realistic view on the neighbourhood property sale prices. He spent time in giving advice on how to present the house for sale. To start, Sandeep took approximately two days and had the house on the market ready for sale! Sandeep was attentive to our needs as we did not want an open house. We are very private people, who did not just want random home buyers walking through the house. We definitely tested Sandeep’s knowledge and trusted his prospective home buyers list of people he bought through for private showing appointments. We were never disappointed with his professionalism and his work around of appointments. Most important to us, Sandeep was always honest with us about what he thought about each buyer bid and was always available and helpful with all discussions. We always felt that he truly had our best interests at heart. At the time of closing the sale of the hoodie Sandeep had a family death in which he had to travel overseas Sandeep never let us down. He kept in touch daily to the point we had to tell him to rest. He worked closely with us until the end. In the future, we will be moving another family member to a new location and will definitely use Sandeep again to both sell the home and find a new one. He is the best of the best !
