Process of selling was made so easy for me (a first timer) and ended with a successful sale.

I had never dealt with a real estate agent before, however after checking out a few in and around the area of sale, my daughter and I settled on Sandeep Kathpalia from O'Briens Real Estate, Deer Park. Initially he took the time to talk with us and was upfront about the actual process of selling a house together with an idea of approximate costs involved. We liked him after the first meeting and were happy to go with him for the sale. From the initial viewing throughout the process of sale he stayed in touch with me. Constantly updating me on each and every action that would need to be done such as upgrading the house via painting, new flooring, tweaks here and there that would improve the look of the overall property. This together with the suggestion of staging the property for sale (it was vacant at time) just enhanced my chances for a great results. I very much appreciated all of his advice which in the main I took, because Sandeep conveyed such a great perspective and understanding of what the current trends, requirements and how the area in question was selling, that would work for me. He was, no doubt, for me, the best possible choice as my real estate agent/representative and it was such a great, easy and uncomplicated process that could not be faulted in any way by me. I would have no hesitation in not only dealing with him again, every time, but would also recommend him to anyone selling and buying a property.
