Sandi Grogan

Sandi presented home well, giving time to view and overlook the home at our own pace. When asked questions we were given answers and her personality shone through with direct communication, negotiation and professionalism.

Sandy was an absolute delight to work with. Her happy manner made me smile every time we spoke. Her knowledge of the area and the property was excellent. When I looked at the property my car broke down. Sandy came and picked my daughter and myself up and dropped us off after the viewing. Then when she was on her holiday leave she rang to check on us to see how we were and how the car was. So kind of her, we were so lucky to have her.

Knowledge of market and pricing of area was outstanding. Knew exactly what the property price range was and negotiations were made simple due to her professionalism.

I recently brought a house through Sandi and was more than happy with her professionalism and communication she made the whole process seem so easy. I highly recommend her and I will definitely be using her again for my next property

Was a pleasure to sell my house with sandi Grogan skills and she was very professional at her job best of all she loved selling homes I definitely be talking with Sandi on my next sale

Communication was extremely professinal without feeling pressured. All the right questions on our wants and needs for a home. The only agent in Maryborough that followed up on return calls to see how our search was going. Sandi showed us in the direction that we wanted not just a sale. Her market knowledge of the area was very impressive and no question we asked felt silly. She made us feel comfortable on our search. No stress with Sandi. Highly recommend.
