Couldn't ask for better
I was delighted with the service Mackay City Property gave when they managed 7 Patton Street as a rental property. Especially important as I live in another state. Shout-out to Brigid! Sandra Macklin then successfully managed the sale. The process was professionally & clearly explained, with relevant market data and regular updates. Sale quickly negotiated and settled.

Stress free experience
We had a great experience purchasing from Sandra at Mackay City Property. Nothing was a drama, she answered all of our questions honestly and in a timely manner. We didn't feel pressured (which is often a turn off), the gave us the right amount of encouragement to sign the contract. As her company is also the manager of the property the transition once the settlement went through has been seamless. Having experienced this service, we would use Sandra to sell any property on our behalf in the future.

Sandra's knowledge of the Mackay market, her experience, and communication was first class.
My husband and I selected Sandra's company Mackay City Property first with a rental property we had. Her expertise in the Mackay property market made the decision easy to list our unit with her. We were walked through every step of the process and felt very comfortable deciding on our listing strategy, approving the fantastic photos with property description, and ultimately the multiple offers we received. In the end we found the right buyer, and we are so happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Sandra and her team with either managing your rental property, or selling your property.

From Property Management to Rental Complex Sale
Sandra has a deep understanding of the changing Mackay Property landscape. Sandra & her team have looked after a block of units that we have had in Mackay for more than 15 yrs. During that time the office have been absolutely fantastic in dealing with our asset & caring for both tenants and ourselves.
