She's very professional our transaction is very smooth

I was delighted with the service Mackay City Property gave when they managed 7 Patton Street as a rental property. Especially important as I live in another state. Shout-out to Brigid! Sandra Macklin then successfully managed the sale. The process was professionally & clearly explained, with relevant market data and regular updates. Sale quickly negotiated and settled.

We had a great experience purchasing from Sandra at Mackay City Property. Nothing was a drama, she answered all of our questions honestly and in a timely manner. We didn't feel pressured (which is often a turn off), the gave us the right amount of encouragement to sign the contract. As her company is also the manager of the property the transition once the settlement went through has been seamless. Having experienced this service, we would use Sandra to sell any property on our behalf in the future.

Iooked after all request.

My husband and I selected Sandra's company Mackay City Property first with a rental property we had. Her expertise in the Mackay property market made the decision easy to list our unit with her. We were walked through every step of the process and felt very comfortable deciding on our listing strategy, approving the fantastic photos with property description, and ultimately the multiple offers we received. In the end we found the right buyer, and we are so happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Sandra and her team with either managing your rental property, or selling your property.

Sandra has a deep understanding of the changing Mackay Property landscape. Sandra & her team have looked after a block of units that we have had in Mackay for more than 15 yrs. During that time the office have been absolutely fantastic in dealing with our asset & caring for both tenants and ourselves. We recently entrusted Sandra to take our units to market and within a few days we had multiple offers which proceeded to Sale . The sale was seamless & a pleasure . Thank you Sandra & Team .

I'm so pleased we secured your expertise in managing the expedient sale of this bulk of a property. One which is guaranteed to deliver fantastic returns for the new owners. Your careful navigation of the market, knowledge, skill with potential buyers, expertise and diligent service you delivered to us as you promised. After our last huge disappointment you managed an exceptional price, accompanied by a short painless wait till the deal was unconditional. After 36 years, much more than half of my life, it's not even bittersweet, it's just sweet and I'm now trying to locate 36 years of paperwork to toss! Thank-you for allowing me a moment to be relax and breath knowing you sold well for us!

Highly recommend! She is very professional, responsible, and helpful. We had no experience at the beginning, and she guided us through the whole process with patience. Communication was always quick and clear, and she kept us updated all the time. We really appreciate all her help and support!

Was very professional and organised when the wet seal needed replacing and main aircon failed and needed replacing. Very easy to communicate with. When problems arose, Sandra came with solutions to the problem before she contacted myself, which made the selling process very easy and enjoyable

I recently listed and sold my house with Sandra and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She made everything feel easy, explained each stage clearly, and we had several offers right after the first open home. The final sale price was better than we ever dreamed of. I always felt supported and genuinely represented as the seller. Highly recommend working with her.

Sandra was really patient with us as we sold and bought in one motion. Her honesty and communication helped us greatly and made the process so much easier and less nerving. There was never any question that she couldn't answer or help us with. Highly recommend

Sandra was very professional but friendly and patient with us as we sold and bought in one movement. She was always up front and honest and assisted us with all our questions. Highly recommend her!
