We are so grateful that we chose Sandra to be our selling agent. Due to lockdown, we only had 2 weeks of open for inspection plus a Thursday just before the lockdown was announced. Luckily Sandra and Bei had 3 days a week inspection during those 2 weeks, including on Sunday. Unlike most other agents who prefer to have their Sunday off. Sandra also worked very hard to make our auction successful. Some agents they don’t even know who will be turning up to the auction day. But Sandra continuously kept in touch with the prospective buyers and kept updating us, so we knew who the bidders will be. She is also always responsive in answering our and prospective buyers’ inquiries. As a result of her and her team’s effort, we had a great number of bidders, and an excellent result.
