My first impression of Sandra was a charming girl, not pushy and in-your-face like many real estate agents tend to be. She kept me well informed about the property I was considering buying at Auction. I managed to procure my dream home at auction so all that was pretty straight forward. It was afterwards that problems came to light. Being a brand new town house, some difficulties arose regarding occupancy and obvious builders flaws. Little things that had been overlooked. Sandra conveyed these problems to the owner immediately and I am in the process of having them rectified. What I found with Sandra was that nothing was too much trouble.
