My first impression of Sandra was a charming girl, not pushy and in-your-face like many real estate agents tend to be. She kept me well informed about the property I was considering buying at Auction. I managed to procure my dream home at auction so all that was pretty straight forward. It was afterwards that problems came to light. Being a brand new town house, some difficulties arose regarding occupancy and obvious builders flaws. Little things that had been overlooked. Sandra conveyed these problems to the owner immediately and I am in the process of having them rectified. What I found with Sandra was that nothing was too much trouble. Sandra took care of our property open house throughout the 4-week period. She communicated with us regularly via text or call and providing us with detailed weekly inspection reports. She was extremely diligent in making sure that every potential buyers remain engaged and continually interested to the day of the auction. She also helped follow up important queries from potential buyers to ensure that they remain interested. Sandra was very proactive during the auction and continually moving to multiple buyers to encourage and help them participate in the process. We are extremely pleased by her attention and focus throughout the sale process.
