1 March 2017 From our first meeting with Sandra she instilled in us the confidence that she was the right person to sell our house of 44 years. While she may have empathy with a buyer her main priority is to be proactive in attaining the very best price she can for the vendor by skillful negotiation. Sandra made what could have been a very stressful time a breeze with her compassion and understanding and by keeping us informed every step of the way. All staff we dealt with were professional and personable and conducted themselves in an ethical manner. When conducting business with Sandra one feels that they are working with a friend. Although our relationship with Sandra and her firm may have been temporary it is a few weeks we will remember. Having had 2 bad experiences with previous Real Estate Agents I was very surprised when I dealt with Sandra.She was the consumate professional,answered all my questions and dealing with her and her staff made the purchase of my unit pleasurable rather than arduous.She has the passion and drive that comes with owning her own Real Estate business and it shows in the way she operates.I would highly recommend her services.
Before proceeding with the sale of the unit on behalf of my wife's cousin, I met with the agents in the unit. I went in inexperienced although I had a friend with me who has bought/sold properties. Sandra was clear and informative about the process and listened to my concerns. I did not feel pressured. The next two agents I spoke to were pushy and much less inclined to listen to my input. Once the sale process started, I was regularly updated with developments and progress. I was offered advice but it was made clear that it was my decision regarding the next stage. The final price was much more than I expected and happened faster than I had anticipated. I did not want a public auction, nor wide spread printed material distributed unless the sale did not proceed initially in a good time. Sandra suggested a 'silent auction' which was new to me. Frankly speaking, real estate business does not help the economy in the eyes of buyers. They help inflating prices in favour of sellers. Amidst this crisis it is so pleasant to find an honest helpful agent standing out in the crowd helping both sides. Sandra is the role model I wish every real estate agent should try copying.
