Sandra explained how she worked and what to expect, and we were in contact building a relationship for over a year before the sale. What was important to us was someone who was honest, who would do the best by us, willing to put in the work, and had great communication skills. Sandra did all these things. She would check in and update us on the market, and was honest about when was likely the best timing to sell, she didn't push us. When the property was being sold, she kept us up to date with what was happening. She didn't try and condition us down, which was refreshing from a realestate agent.
