Living interstate at the time we bought our property basically sight unseen (apart from the web & a local friend checking it out for us). Relied heavily on Sandy & we weren’t let down. Considering a 3 hour time difference as well, the whole deal was handled by Sandy about as well as could be expected. Not disappointed as the property was exactly as stated.
