I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sandy twice now & both times we haven’t been able to fault him. He has excellent knowledge of the real estate market, is very professional with how he deals with everything & most important down to earth & easy to communicate with. I can’t rate Sandy highly enough & would definitely use him again to sell my place.

Sandy was a pleasure to deal with. He was always available, great communication skills and always answered our questions promptly and honestly. Would recommend him to either a purchaser or a seller. Great job

A calm and stress free experience when selling my property ! Sandy is ethically professional and was genuinely helpful when assisting me to reach a successful outcome . I would advise anyone seeking an agent, either to sell or wanting to purchase, to look no further than Sandy Fairbrother .

Sandy's communication throughout the selling process was wonderful. He is a honest and respectful realestate agent with a great knowledge of the the Bathurst market.

Sandy and Jay were very professional men to deal with. They were easy to talk to and I’m very happy with how they managed the sale of my property.

Would highly recommend Sandy as an agent. He’s very honest and true to his word. It was a pleasure working with him.

Sandy provided assistant, support and information to make the experience of selling home less stressful. He was readily available to answer any question we felt were important. Sandy and Jay worked very well as a team. Our home was sold quickly and I would certainly recommend them to anyone in the housing market.

Sandy was very hands on throughout the whole sale and kept me updated on every detail which gave me peace of mind during the sale process. His knowledge of the market helped us achieve the result we wanted. Very grateful

Service was great, all queries answered well to help me understand. Felt like a valued client by he effort to reply or get back to me fast and at flexible times.

Sandy went above and beyond our expectations when selling our property, getting us the best possible outcome. Selling a property is daunting enough especially with the market being as competitive as it currently is, but Sandy and his co-worker Jay made it as easy and stress free as they possibly could, nothing was ever an issue and they were nothing but accomodating. I couldn’t recommend a real estate agent more

We found sandy very helpful, always answer our call when needed which is very big thing for us. These days you find agent which is non responsive after the job done but Sandy wasn’t like that. He helped us till know on the buying process and we think he will do so until the settlement process. I heard very good things about him from my colleagues and friends.
