Sandy's knowledge of the current market was second to none. A trustworthy, confident agent whose communication was exemplary at all times. Thankyou Sandy for a quick, smooth sale. Your expertise is appreciated and I won't hesitate to engage you again when needed!!
The sale of a home is a big decision in anyone's life and Jay and Sandy provided us with encouragement, support and guidance in this step toward our retirement and relocation. We knew the market was moving quickly and it did (2 days, SOLD). The arrangements for, and time to, settlement were capably managed by the team. We are very happy.
Sandy always kept us updated on inspections feedback and offers in a very timely manner so we were always in the loop.
I found Sandy and the team to be thorough and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough
Sandy was able to find us a buyer quickly. It is acknowledged we sold in a good market, but he actually discussed increasing the price with us, we did, and we got this asking price! He was on our side and very genuine. Pleased to make this recommendation.
