Very polite and well presented lady. Felt let down by ljhooker as numerous mistakes were made and apology after apology was made. It took months to sell our unit as we felt we were not guided properly and told the honest truth about the market. Could of definitely come out with more money at the end but due to poor guidance and advice, we ended up with a lot less. Very frustrated with the whole process and will never use this company again. Sorry just doesn't cut it

Sandy was extremely helpful and professional. Always there for me either by telephone of visiting when I had any queries regarding the sale process. With her pleasant attitude, she was always approachable any time to assist me with anything that may arise. I would highly recommend her to my friends and relatives for the sale of their properties.
