Sangita is a very kind agent, good at settling properties, and seems like a great person. Although, throughout the buying process, we found her very difficult to get a hold of, and even we did get a hold of her, we would be told that her personal assistant would handle our questions and inspections. Therefore, we ended up solely conversing with her personal assistant. Sandy was great, was professional, got back to us extremely quickly, was happy to accomodate and work with busy schedules. Honestly I have no complaints with Sandy, everything ran very smoothly when working alongside her! We communicated that little with Sangita after the offer was accepted I think that the rating should be for Sandy seeing she handled all of our inspections, phone calls, any questions or queries and general support throughout the process. I’m really not sure what Sangita’s role was after the offer was accepted so I’m not confident in how to rate her work due to not actually working with her. My partner may have had a different experience as he was the one that put offers in - and by no means is Sangita bad at what she’s does, she very clearly is knowledgeable of the market and if you are a seller she would be awesome, I just think the review should be for Sandy.
We met Sangita the first time as potential buyers for another house and found that the property we were looking at was very well presented, the advertising was well done and our interest was followed up promply. At the time we were not ready to buy but Sangita made an impression so that we decided to contact her to see if she was interested in selling our existing house. The communication was very good throughout the process and we ended up finding potential buyers reasonably quick. The campaign was set up very well and very little input was required until the sale was finalised.
