Sanjeev was everything you could want you in an agent. He was always honest with us and we always felt he was looking after our best interests. He was brilliant at communicating with us every step of the way, and was always available to answer our questions and give advice. He was professional, genuine and hard working from the beginning to the very end. We highly recommend Sanjeev!
Having Sanjeev as the agent was a great experience! His genuine smile when he first greeted us across the street made us feel extremely welcome and we knew that he would be helping us at every opportunity with our journey as a buyer. I applaud his great personality and have no doubt that other people have had (and will have) the same positive experience that we were lucky to have.
Job well done Sanjeev!! You have been great in carrying out the entire deal with excellent professionalism. Thank you for helping us with all our queries. Couldn’t have asked for more.
Sanjeev is wry persistent in his approach, he kept on updated me regularly about various available properties and he understands his market area well. He is practical and good negotiator. Overall, I would recommend Sanjeev.
I would like to take a moment to extend my appreciation for Sanjeev’s extraordinary efforts on behalf of my family. The selling of our property is a testament to his knowledge and thoroughness. Sanjeev is well presented and articulate with a sound knowledge of the market, however it was his patience, communication, and dedication that saw my purchase go through, keeping my family at ease through the process. A truly kind individual with an ability to marry the needs of the seller vs. the wants of the buyer. We would not hesitate to recommend him to our family and friends.
We first came across Sanjeev as an agent when we were looking to a buy a property. Once it came time to sell a few years later his professionalism and enthusiasm had left an impression on us so of course we enlisted his services. Throughout the whole process he did not disappoint with communication, organisation and current market knowledge. He is a hardworking and dedicated agent. We would not hesitate to reccommend him to our family and friends.
Sanjeev is very prompt in communication and addressing the concerns. Always willing to help.
Sanjeev was wonderful from beginning to end, always positive and keeping us up to date with buyers' feedback and market developments. Sanjeev never pressured us to accept an offer that was unacceptable to us. He put in his best effort to get us the best price in a tough market! We will definitely work with Sanjeev again!
Very respectful and professional. Really helped us in securing the property. Highly recommended!
From the minute we met Sanjeev through to the final settlement we found him to very open and honest, and essentially trusted him with the sale of our greatest asset. There wasn't any point in time where we felt Sanjeev wasn't doing everything he could to achieve the best possible outcome for us. We would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of selling.
Very dedicated and persistent. Didn’t give up even though it took 6months to sell. Same level of commitment the entire time. Went above and beyond to get the best price possible.
