We just had our house sold with Sanjeev. It was a rather difficult one for us all having 4 houses for sale in the same street at the same time!!! During Open Home days, our street was like a Display Home village. Luckily and thankfully we had Sanjeev (and Daniel) on our side. Thank you so much Sanjeev and Daniel and all First National!
We had no success with other agents selling our property so on recommendation from a friend we met with Sanjeev and immediately were impressed with his professionalism. From then on it only got better as Sanjeev and his team set in motion marketing our property. The communication with Sanjeev and his regular updates were very much appreciated, something we did not always get from previous agents. It was not long before an interested party appeared and Sanjeev worked tirelessly from then on and in so doing would apologise for any inconvenience when he would at times contact us late evenings or Sundays after meeting with potential buyers. Sanjeev's long hours and diligence with marketing and selling our property has paid off. We are grateful to Sanjeev and his team and recommend them at the highest level to anyone looking for an agent willing to put in and go the distance.
My wife and I had the most relaxed and stressfree experience in purchasing our new home. Sanjeev and the team at First National Hills Direct have been very professional and most helpful during the purchase process. Support and after sale service has been superb and highly recommendable.
Sanjeev has been candid so far with all the queries I have asked him and the information sought out for my newly bought property(land). I would strongly recommend him for any property deals in future. Cheers!
Sanjeev is a legend, the kind of commitment he put on this deal is epic.I have no words to express my gratitude for him who turned this deal in 2 days with excellent communication, negotiation and dedication .Without his efforts I would have lost a fortune . I am going to recommend him to all my friends and use him always in future for any services.
I have never seen agent like him who goes beyond expectation for the results.
Very thorough Local area knowledge Very friendly Very proactive Strong interpersonal skills
We signed with Sanjeev after trying 3 other agents ,experiencing a lack of positive feedback from these agents over 12 months ,we decided to give him an opportunity to achieve a positive result. His professional and positive attitude was outstanding and we were never out of the loop. Even after a massive setback he never gave up and finally achieved the result we were after. Thanks Sanjeev regards , Peter and Christina H.
We could not be happier with Sanjeev and Daniel's high level of service. They were always responsive to any questions or requests concerning properties I looked at. Very helpful and informative guiding us through the quagmire of buying a house.
Sanjeev is a very trustworthy person who is very straight forward, no lying about price he says it how it is!! And he got the job done for us sold 1st week on the market! For a fantastic price, we would use him for every sale
Sanjeev and Daniel came highly recommended by others in the industry and they certainly lived up to their billing. Professionalism demonstrated throughout the sale; respectful of our wishes; well organised; good and honest feedback; tactful; high ethics and integrity; always well turned out, smartly dressed and punctual. Seventeen days from listing and there was an exchange of contract. We endorse the recommendation which prompted us to meet with them initially and would not hesitate to use them again.
