I'd like to thank Santos for the amazing job he did selling my property. Right from the first meeting, I could tell Santos is on top of his game - he knows exactly how to market a property in today's market place. He had a very organised plan, and handled all aspects of that plan, so I only had to deal with one person. He kept me informed at each step, and was calm and organised throughout. He stepped in personally to deal with any last minute dramas - finding my tenants a place to move to, organising some last minute garden cleanup and internal repairs after a heavy hailstorm - so that the property was ready on schedule to go to market. The personalised service continued with the styling - the furnishings were modern and perfect for the target market, and Santos took the time to tweak the standard package so that the furniture provided was specific to my property and its internal/external spaces. I was probably the most reluctant client when it comes to the video (I had only in the past seen videos that were just an animated version of the property photos and didn't really add anything), but I've been proved wrong by the video produced for the sale, and how many people watched and commented on it. Santos really thought about what the main selling points of my property were, and devised a creative video to really highlight those points to potential buyers. The auctioneer was excellent, and the recommended solicitor has been a pleasure to deal with too. It's a combination of all these things that allowed a great property to shine at its absolute best, resulting in large numbers of viewings and bidders, and a fantastic result at auction. I didn't expect to have such a positive and stress-free experience, especially being overseas for the most part of the process, so it has been a real pleasure to deal with Santos and his team.
