We found Santos to be knowledgeable when we first met at the property. Following the submission of our initial offer, we found the immediate response to be whilst frank, fairly obtuse. We felt that the process was rather frustrating, with delays seemingly existing at most points. Throughout, Santos was available to take phone calls and help with our queries.
