A meeting was organised with all contractors and I was able to request work that needed doing and ask face-to-face questions. As Santos provided this wonderful service I did need to worry whether tasks were being completed on time. Santos provided a weekly email to explain visitor numbers, their comments and up-to-date information on the real estate market. If I needed to check on details I could text and leave a message.
