It was a very stressful time when we purchased our Camden property (just after Xmas 2021) Prices were escalating fast and we were worried we would miss out on securing a property. Sarah was amazing - she kept us informed /updated almost on a daily basis without ever being pushy or aggressive. Of course we wanted to purchase for a good price/her client wanted to get the best price possible. Sarah managed to do both. In the end she encouraged (not persuaded) us to raise our price somewhat, (she knew how much we wanted this property) her client was happy/we got the property. Throughout the process I realized how tenuous it is for the agent trying to get the best possible price for your client but not losing buyers in the meantime! Thankyou Sarah
