I first had contact with Sarah a couple months prior to selling our investment property. Wanted to touch base and get a feel of the Estate Agency & also feedback on the current market. When it came time to list the property, almost all of the necessary work had been completed. Property on the market for approximately 4 weeks with weekly updates by email & telephone. All communications were clear and giving us feedback of what was happening with the property. Sarah's professionalism and skills are very much what you need when selling a property.
