We recently purchased a property through Selena and the team at Harcourts Burnie, and we could not be happier with the service we received. From the very beginning, Selena was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely committed to helping us achieve a successful outcome. What could have been a very stressful process was made significantly easier thanks to her constant support, clear communication and positive attitude. Unfortunately, we experienced a number of delays outside of our control due to issues with our bank. Throughout this time, Selena went above and beyond to support us. She regularly checked in, kept us informed, advocated on our behalf where possible and genuinely cared about making the experience as smooth and stress-free as she could. Her patience, understanding and willingness to go the extra mile gave us confidence during what was a particularly challenging period. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it was clear that Selena was invested not only in the sale itself, but also in ensuring we felt supported every step of the way. Her professionalism, dedication and exceptional customer service truly set her apart. We are incredibly grateful for everything Selena and her team did for us and would highly recommend her and the Harcourts Burnie team to anyone buying or selling property. Thank you for helping us secure our new home and for making a difficult process so much easier to navigate.

Selena is responsive, knowledgeable and provides clear and concise understanding pertaining to our situation.

Selena knew what she was doing, managed to get us an excellent price in a short time at a difficult time for the market

Julie was excellent in selling our property in a challenging market. Even when interest was less than we expected she remained upbeat and cut into her own personal time to achieve the sale. We highly recommend Julie.

Julie was so helpful everytime we call. She was very lovely and so bubbly. Thank you Julie for all the help.

Sarah worked magic with our property. It was an older property that needed some love. Sarah did an excellent job of marketing the property’s strong points and features. We received great interest and Sarah managed the process beautifully to receive multiple offers and a final sale price that exceeded expectations.

Great market knowledge expectation were medium secured a great result well above our expectations

Sarah is the agent for the seller, but I have to say I've had a wonderful experience as the buyer too. Sarah and her team have really gone out of their way to make it easy for me, even dropping off keys to my workplace so I didn't have to take time off. I don't intend to sell for years, but I would definitely consider Harcourts if ever do
