Sarah undoubtedly is a professional with very high standards, they acted on behalf of me for selling one of my properties in TAS. Everything was well organised, promptly communicated, provided realistic expectations with an accurate forecast of the timeline the property was likely to sell. I definitely appreciate Sarah's promptness and professionalism as a real estate consultant, my overall experience of selling my property through Sarah was very positive. Thank you

Sarah has always responded to any questions. She has been very professional, punctual, kind, caring and so very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Sarah.

Sarah was a friendly and helpful agent, always returned our calls, and sought the information we asked for getting answers back promptly. She happily arranged multiple inspections of the house prior to us making an offer and followed up after the contract was in place.

Sarah Elphinstone handled our sale in a professional, effective and friendly manner. We are very happy with her overall performance on our behalf.

We cannot recommend Sarah more highly in the sale of our home. Sarah's professionalism, communication and knowledge has been second to none and she has made the sale both exciting and easy. Sarah will definitely be the first person we contact if we need an agent in the future

Sarah was extremely professional and seemed very invested in our property. Communication with Sarah was a breeze. Our property sold within the hour of hitting the market. Highly recommend contacting Sarah at Harcourts if you are thinking of selling your property.
