Even though i didn't see Sarah in person, she kept intouch through emails & phone calls. She asked other agents to do an open home on her behalf. Also she had another agent show me through the unit for a second time. All in all Sarah has kept me up to date in the buying process. Thank you Sarah & Harcourts.

Sarah took over the sale of this property from another agent and brought in a result in a flat market. Sarah was prepared to put in the extra effort to bring in the sale. She kept me informed of progress and worked well with the rental managing agent who was from another agency.

Sarah was a delight to have as an agent. Sarah went out of her way often still working late in the evenings to go the extra step in helping with the sale. Highly recommended!
