I met Sarah at an open house in my local area - I was just testing the market and really connected with her. I decided to list my property late December and spoke to Sarah and one other agent. Sarah’s pitch to me was spot on - she really sought to understand what my property had to offer and what I wanted out of the deal. I was ecstatic with the price I got and she has been right beside me all through the journey looking after my interests. Best agent in the Coast for sure!

She wasn't shy in providing feedback and all of her workings were for us as the buyer to get us what we needed when selling our property. We tried other agents in the area who grossly undervalued our property based off numbers on a sheet of paper, whereas Sarah took everything unique about our property into consideration when collaboratively setting our asking price.
