Steve and I have nothing but excellent things to say about Sarah, she and her team were nothing but professional, courteous, and helpful at all times. All information was communicated in a timely manner both in regards to the purchase of our new property and the sale of our old property (which were both negotiated by Sarah). Her prompt focus and desire to sell our house quickly, saved us loads of stress and money. We have already, and will continue to recommend Sarah to family and friends as our real estate agent.

We picked Sarah at random to discuss the sale of our property and were so pleased with her way of communicating, her work ethics and knowledge of the area. She was nothing short of Brilliant and went well above and beyond the realms of her job, even to go turn the hose on and off for the pool. She even helped with the tenants that were in the property and giving us a very hard time, even thou the property was managed by another agent. Sara was great, she reassured myself that I was doing right thing. She was so approachable and returned calls etc promptly. I have recommended her to friends that if they ever wanted to sell they were to seek her out.her commitment to selling the property and getting a good price was unreal we got better than we thought. So far no others have sold in that range. So obviously I was super impressed.
