A number of external factors combined to create an unusually complex conveyancing process, and Sarah showed her highly effective communications and negotiation skills in difficult circumstances, clearly representing her clients' concerns and interests while maintaining strong rapport with all other parties. The successful navigation of a difficult set of circumstances was due in no small part to her ability as a negotiator. Some information on the property changed as we went through the process. This can create doubts in the buyer's mind, but she was always careful to update us as soon as new information came to light from the vendor or other sources. We were happy that she always acted in good faith in her dealings with us We would happily retain her to sell a property on our behalf - in addition to her professional approach, excellent skill set and deep knowledge of the process she was a pleasure to deal with throughout.
