Sarah and the team at Shultz Realty are excellent to work with and consistently go above and beyond to assist. Despite a few changes in direction during my process, Sarah was always more than willing to accommodate. I am extremely grateful for the team's flexibility and support.

Thank you so much to Sarah and the amazing team at Schultz Realty for taking care of me when selling my first home. I got the price that I wanted and I was able to line up settlements so I could move into my next home stress free. The whole experience was lovely and they made me feel like I was their only client and top priority to sell my home. I definitely recommend Schultz Realty ❤️

Sarah’s team were all very professional replied to emails very promptly always followed up on enquires and knew about body corp requirements for Augusta Green estate having sold so many homes . Open houses were done on Saturdays and they did private viewings for some people during the weekdays with timed appointments. Very happy with service achieved what they said they would in 3 weeks on market only Very professional team

Great team and very helpful with the Double, same day settlement.

Sarah’s staff were helpful and friendly at all times.

I found dealing with Sarah Schultz and her Team to be a positive experience. Sarah and the Team were very responsive, were great communicators and worked very well together to make the buying process and experience as good as possible. I would happily purchase again through them as they go the extra mile for both sellers and buyers alike.

We were thinking of down sizing and Sarah and her Team motivated us to do something about it. They were most helpful and very friendly throughout the sale of our home -- which eased the stress. We would recommend them as a highly efficient real estate team.
