Quick and easy process. Our home was sold in less than a week once we went live on the market. Almost everything was handled for us and as parents of 2 young children, a stress free process is what we needed. Big thanks to the team for their upfront and honest opinions/work. Highly recommend.

Sarah was absolutely amazing right from our first interaction. Her extensive experience and knowledge of the area and current market was immediately obvious. She kept us updates through every step, and made the whole process smooth and easy.

Hey Sarah and Team, Massive thanks for helping me to sell my house! I appreciate all of your efforts. Your entire team were flawless from start to finish and even though we were presented with some challenges, not only did you push through but you went even harder, massively appreciated and I can’t thank you all enough. Thanks!

Doreen is very helpful though out the entire process. She went the extra mile to arrange a private viewing after we have missed the open house.

Schultz Reality were very helpful and were excellent when it came to communication!

Sarah and her team were fantastic the whole process Communication was a highlight and they were so helpful and supportive and helped us purchase our first house.

Sarah and her team are excellent in their market knowledge, very good in communication and professionalism. Friendly, caring Staff, easy to get in touch. I'd recommend to anyone who in needs of selling their home, this is your agent.

Having dealt with Agents before we had a minimal expectation! But to say Sarah and her team exceeded our expectations wouldn't be saying enough. We had kept in touch for a couple of years and decided to give Sarah first 'bite' We met, discussed the options and her expectations. We told her what we hoped for and made the best decision of our life and engaged her and the team. Our house went online Wednesday open Saturday and sold Monday - for 17% more than we hoped!! If you want the best all round service from you Agent then look no further Schultz Realty is your best and only option Thankyou, thankyou once again Sarah and team

Sarah and her team (esp Doreen) were great. They helped us find a buyer in difficult conditions and sell quickly at a great price and provided the cleaning and trades people we needed to get the house ready for sale. They are very personable running a small business and we felt very well looked after throughout the whole process especially considering we live interstate. Would love to sell with them again.

Doreen was great, she was very helpful and went above and beyond to provide a smooth purchase! Thank you!

Sarah's knowledge of the local market was excellent. She was very efficient and organised, to make the selling of our property smooth. Together with her team we felt supported throughout the whole process.

From day 1 we receive continuous support and help in the purchase of our forever home. We can not recommend the Sarah Schultz team enough. If it wasn’t for the support we would not have moved into our forever home.
