Sarah and Doreen have been OUTSTANDING in selling our house for us. This was a difficult sale for us as it was linked to Mum passing, but Sarah was more than accommodating in walking us through this process every step of the way. She made sure we knew exactly what we needed to do, was there to listen to us if we were concerned about something and completely blew us away with our expectations with the final price. Bottom line - she made it easy for us and I can't thank her enough! From the onset, Sarah explained her strategy, told us what she thought was necessary for us to do to sell the property, and assisted us in doing so. She clearly guided us every step of the way. I love how Sarah's fees are open and clear upfront and give us options that we can choose from that suit our means. As we were interstate sellers, we trusted her knowledge and expertise for this area and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!!!!
