Sarah is one of the best in the business, selling our property went seamlessly very well, Sarah and her staff keep an open honest and keep regular communication at all times, if you are looking to purchase or sell your property,Sarah Schultz and her fantastic team come highly recommended.

To the Team at Schultz Realty, I have never been so impressed with real estate agents before as I have with this team. Doreen has given me so much of her time helping to find what I needed after the sale of my home that they had sold within 24hrs. . Sarah with her expertise made sure I was contacted asap of any listing that she thought suited my needs. Dylan alongside Doreen had been a god send when I needed help with both houses. This has been the best experience anyone could have wished for. I again would like to thank the team at Schultz Realty for the professional service and rapport given. Kind Regards, Jim Clark

In less than 2 months our property was sold and settled, not only due to the current ' hot' property market but due to Sarah's , skills, knowledge ,available networks e.g. lawyers, cleaners etc and very effective communication channels. Sarah and her team worked efficiently and effectively with us and the eventual buyers in a very timely , friendly manner. Thank you and your team very much for assisting us to achieve our goal of selling the house before Christmas 2021.

Sarah and her team were great in the sale of our house. The communication during the whole process was brilliant and they kept us informed every step of the way. Sarah came through with everything she said she would do and was able to achieve a quick sale at a fantastic price. We would not hesitate in recommending Sarah and her team to anyone looking for a reliable experienced agent who knows her stuff.

Amazing agent, the entire process was a breeze, will recommend to others.

Sarah had great insight into the local market. She made the whole process from beginning to end incredibly smooth which was so helpful since we were based in Victoria.

Sarah is organised, efficient and stays in touch all the way through the sale. She keeps up on the progress through to settlement and kept me informed. She is easy to deal with. Has a great team. She goes above and beyond.

Sarah and her team were very professional, great communications and very reliable. Thanks for doing a great job at selling our property.

We'd been searching for a property for many months when we came across the property we bought through Schultz. One of our concerns was how the agents out there were not being truthful, whereas Sarah was easy to talk to and was honest from the get go. Happy to have dealt with her and her agency when purchasing our 1st property in Australia.

We purchased a home through Schultz Realty in October 2022- Sarah and her team were professional and answered the many questions we had as we couldn't inspect the property ourselves as we live interstate, allowing us to feel confident in purchasing the property. Her team have also provided great aftercare, answering questions we had about the home after settlement and rectifying some issues we had with the property prior to settlement.

The Schultz Real Estate team looked after me from a buyers perspective. Responses were usually timely and if something wasn't known immediately, they looked into the response. Super accommodating to my requests for measurements/pictures to arrange move in items and services such as fridge and energy/solar. All and all would recommend.

Sarah was great to work with on the sake of our house and achieved the price we wanted. Knowledge of the area and being available to talk to anytime was a real bonus. Would recommend Sarah 5 ⭐️
