Sarah & her whole team were excellent They certainly know their trade & their market, we had 2 houses for sale & both sold on the first day of listing, after negotiating with potential buyers of course. You could not ask for a better result. My wife and myself have no hesitation in recommending them to sell your home. Tell them what you want & let them go, they will not disappoint.
The pandemic has given us all challenges, for me, living interstate, unable to travel and needing to sell my property. Sarah from Schultz Realty gave me confidence with professional advice, clear strategies for listing the property and regular follow ups, important for me as I was unable to attend the property through the entire process. Naturally a person who likes to control an outcome, I left Sarah and her Team do what they do best, sell my home. I was very happy with my sale price and a record settlement of 10 days was just amazing, I couldn’t be more happy with the result. Thanks also to Doreen for her comforting chats and for answering any questions I had throughout the entire process. Important things for me: Communication is key ✅ Professional local advice ✅ Clear Marketing Strategies ✅ Sale Options and Inclusions ✅ Down to Earth Team ✅ Follow ups as needed ✅ Made me feel supported ✅ These guys have all you need to sell your home, I highly recommend you try them too. Thank you Team Schultz, a job well done 👍🏻
Sarah was very professional, friendly and it was easy to communicate with her. Sarah guided us through the document signing process with clear instructions. We also got the pleasure of working with Doreen who touched base with us regarding the property buying process. They were very understanding of potential issues we had as first home buyers. It was a pleasure to work with Sarah and Doreen. Thank you for making the buying process a happy one.
Sarah made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. Listened and understood my situation and is obviously passionate about her job.
Selling your home is a very daunting thought. For myself I didn't know where to start. Sarah and the team made it all very clear for us. When I met Sarah i knew she was genuine. By the time she finished explaining the whole process I was very relaxed and knew I had made the right decision. Professional photos were done on a Monday and the Ad was placed the very next morning and I had a buyer within 5 hours. Thank you so much Sarah and the team for an easy and wonderful experience.
A big decision to sell our home and both Sarah and Doreen made us feel relaxed and at ease with their professionalism and honesty and personal touch would not hesitate to recommend Schultz realty to anyone and would definitely if the situation came again they would be our number one choice
Staff was very helpful and was very accommodating to my needs e.g. Arranging inspections, bringing documents to me to sign most of all very professional in all of my dealings.
A great result with the sale of an investment property - very happy - Sarah respected my time and communicated well with me thanks again
Doreen and Sarah we're both very knowledgeable with the current market. Communication was always answered and very prompt. The Shultz Team couldn't do enough to help before and after sale. Thank you to all, Sarah, Doreen, Dillon and office Team.
Sarah and her team were an absolute delight to have on our side. House sold on first open house and Sarah came thru with the figures that she said she would. We did absolutely nothing but sign contract. On time with everything, communication brilliant, kept us in the know and delivered. Would highly recomend
