I have not personally met Sarah as I live interstate and Covid-19 has gotten in the way in recent months. Dad recently deceased having already enlisted her services to sell his former home, and he unfortunately passed before the sale was completed. I recently purchased a property in Beenleigh whilst living in the Northern Territory. Due to work commitments and then the travel restraints of Covid-19 the entire transaction, from viewing to settlement had to be done remotely via email and mobile phone. Despite having previously bought a number of properties in person this was my first experience at remote buying.
