I recently purchased a property in Beenleigh whilst living in the Northern Territory. Due to work commitments and then the travel restraints of Covid-19 the entire transaction, from viewing to settlement had to be done remotely via email and mobile phone. Despite having previously bought a number of properties in person this was my first experience at remote buying. Sarah took the time to video call to assist me in viewing the property and then followed up with emails and personal calls to assist me with the whole process. She was happy to answer enquiries and to offer assistance with sourcing local contacts in Beenleigh whilst I was far removed in Katherine NT. Sarah's professionalism, courtesy and attention to my personal needs made, what was at times a daunting experience, run as smoothly as was possible. I was able to purchase the property with confidence because of Sarah's willingness to listen and to keep me informed. When there were some minor complications, due to having to do things remotely, Sarah took them in her stride and worked diligently to resolve things between myself and the seller. There was no pressure from her company to force me into selecting her company to sell my house. The fact that she was willing to go the extra mile sold me on her.
