Sarah's knowledge and experience is practical, straight down the line and personalised. Backed by excellent team work with Doreen, they were friendly and professional and worked strongly to get me the best price in a difficult market. No problems from go to whoa. Very happy to recommend them.

Sarah has a very good pre sale presentation. We greatly appreciated the tips and hits for our preparation. She is organised, professional, and communicated throughout the process. She is an open character with a charming personality. Our property sold in less than a week. We would definitely use her again.

I would highly recommend Sarah to anybody i know to sell their Property... She worked tirelessly to achieve our sale.. I cant thank her and Doreen enough...

I met Sarah at a few open houses where she took the time to understand my budget, suited areas and what I was looking for in a first home. Knowing the areas so well, she knew she had one that I would be interested in and let me know the day it was signed, which I am now the proud owner of! Easy to deal with, upfront and knowledgeable.

Sarah and the team at Shultz Realty were great to deal with from viewing the property for the first time right up to collecting the keys

Sarah was very helpful. Her team member, Doreen, was very supportive too. They gave great advice, were firm when they needed to be, and were very encouraging. Their professional expertise was beyond reproach.

Sarah was prompt in all dealings. Emails were answered on the same day. Didn't matter what my concern was She knew her facts and guided me through it efficiently. Including the now almost totally electronic documents. It was as easy as she said

Sarah and Doreen have been very helpful with the sale of our house, thanks again. You both work well together and kept us informed of any development. Very friendly and we would recommend Schultz realty for anyone selling or buying property.

Sarah and Doreen were great. Good communication after every open house. Fantastic agent we highly recommend Sarah and Doreen to sell your house they work very hard to get the best price for us.

We found Sarah very down to earth and friendly from the moment we have met her. She sat down with us and listened to what we wanted and she explained very thoroughly how she can help us to achieve it. Her communication skills, her confidence in what she does above all that she delivered what she promised. She is a hard worker and above all that, she is a person who you can trust.

We recently purchased a house through Schultz Realestate and found both Sarah and Doreen extremely helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks once again,a brilliant outcome for us, yours Tony and Cherie McQuillan.
