Sarah was a pleasure to deal with and exceeded our service expectations. The process was made simple and seamless with great results. Very happy with the outcome and will highly recommend her services.
Sarah and Doreen were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional at all times. Nothing was too difficult for them. They were at the property at settlement time and the basket of lovely gifts was fantastic. Much appreciate all that you did to make this purchase happen so smoothly. Have recommended you to all our family and friends. Thanks once again for everything. Sheila
It was a pleasure dealing with Sarah of Schultz Realty. I bought a investment property through Schultz Realty and the service offered was outstanding without any frustrations. All the staff was very good with communicating with instant responses throughout the contract settlement.
We couldn't recommend Sarah and the team at Schultz Realty enough!! We were looking for the ideal property for approximately 1 year and Sarah kept in touch with us and found us our perfect home! Sarah really is an agent that has set herself apart from the rest with her dedication to both her clients and buyers to get the ideal result for everyone.

Sarah is the only agent that actually showed me round the property, and I looked at a lot! Very knowledable and kept in touch every step of the way. I think this must be the least stressful move we’ve ever been through and Doreen has checked up on us too to see if we are setting in ok.
What a pleasant change to have an agent with a bright cheery personality. An efficient and diligent work ethic and who makes you feel you are the only person that matters. Sarah was nothing short of fantastic and I certainly hope I can work with her again some time. Very happy to recommend her and her team.
Sarah is extremeley efficient and does what she promises, she got a buyer for our house in 3 days! Always kept in touch with progress of the sale and purchase and if she was busy Doreen would give us a call or meet us at the new house. Highly recommended!
