Sarah was extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I found everyone we dealt with at Belle property to be reliable, efficient and overall made the purchasing of our property from interstate seem less.

Interstate purchases during a global pandemic are never easy, but Sarah was exceptionally helpful, providing prompt responses to our queries and helping us where she could. After handover, Sarah remained in contact with us, providing assistance as we settled into our new home in our new state. We moved in during torrential rain, and Sarah even provided us two large umbrellas to keep us dry! She referred us to excellent tradespeople and responded promptly to every query.

Sarah was the utmost professional. As a purchaser, she had the interests of her seller at hand, but at the same time I felt the process was honest and transparent. As a sight unseen purchase during COVID, she took the time to perform extensive walkthroughs on the property and also took the time via facetime to drive down to the beach to show us the exact distance. If I am ever selling a property on the Sunshine Coast i would only use Sarah. Highly Recommended.
